Ordering and paying

Ordering your iJoy™ massage chair is easy. You can order online by accesing our eShop or you can place your special order by using the contact form on our site or by calling +40 756 02 86 86. Our showroom personnel will be happy to provide you with all the product information you need, so please visit our point of sale in Bd. Theodor Pallady nr. 42J, sector 3, Bucuresti (the Euro Mini Storage Romania complex), where you can try out all our massage chairs!

eShop The main page of the iJoy™ eShop makes it easy for you to preview all models and their available colours before buying and also compare technical specifications of the models side by side in order to decide which iJoy™ chair is best suited for you.

From the eShop’s main page choose one of the iJoy™ products. The first time you place an order you will create a user account that you’ll be using when placing your future orders as well. Creating this user account won’t take more than a few minutes of your time.

On the following page you will be presented with order details and options. After choosing your favourite model you will be able to indicate the quantity and the colours that you desire. Please take time to fill in the referral field with the code on the brochure if this is how you found out about our products. If the delivery address is different than the one you’ve specified when creating your user account, please let us know by filling in the „Delivery address“ box. You can mention special instructions or requests regarding your order by using the „Customer observations“ box. You can also indicate a specific date and time interval for delivery. After selecting the payment method you prefer and closing the order, you will be able to check, modify (if necessary) and then confirm your order. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail summarizing your order and a member of the iJoy™ staff will contact you via e-mail or telephone for delivery confirmation.

Payment methods
You can pay with cash or card in our store or by money transfer to our bank account based on a proforma invoice that we will send you by e-mail, or you can pay cash on delivery if the products are shipped to your place by express courier.

Delivery

We deliver our products anywhere in Romania.
Standard delivery is included in the products' price and is made using express courier services.
We deliver within the same day in Bucharest and nearby (on a 15 km radius).
The customer may choose to pick up the order from our storage facility in Bucharest after making an appointment at 0756 02 86 86 and arrange for his own method of transportation, any day including Saturday and Sunday. In this case we offer 10 euro discount for Ottoman 2 and 3 and HugM ultra-ergonomic chairs, 30 euro discount for iJoy massage chairs and 100 euro discount for Human Touch massage chairs.
We have sufficient permanent stock for all our products – in the unlikely situation that our stock becomes depleted for the model you ordered delivery time can be 10 days.
Human Touch / iJoy™ massage chairs are easy to install and use.

Warranty

iJoy™ massage chairs are built to last. Should you need assistance, do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail or telephone. Warranty support is 24 months and is carried out by repairing or replacing the product.
